hey everyone, im new to this community but im here for mucho support... im 5'8 and currently 118, i used to be 104 but i run cross country and had to eat to be able to runn. i want to get back down to that or lower, im on a fast right now and im on my 5th day... i feel rreally good and i have been exercising everyday! does neone have ne tips on fasting or other ways that i could lose weight fast? thanxs everybody
